Scope review
Zion reviews plans, written scopes, finish information, site conditions, access, phasing, and schedule requirements.
Commercial Painting · Southwest Florida
Zion Painting Services supports commercial owners, general contractors, property managers, investors, apartment communities, HOAs, restoration partners, offices, and retailers across Lee and Charlotte Counties. Commercial painting requires more than coating application, so Zion organizes the work around an approved scope, access plan, schedule, protection requirements, communication path, and closeout process.

Project-specific scope
Project-specific scope
A clear, coordinated approach
Zion reviews plans, written scopes, finish information, site conditions, access, phasing, and schedule requirements.
The proposal defines included protection, preparation, products or allowances, assumptions, and exclusions.
We confirm work areas, approved hours, sequence, communication contacts, material responsibility, and change handling.
The team performs the approved scope while organizing materials, protection, work zones, cleanup, and project communication.
Zion tracks agreed closeout items, completes approved touch-ups, and confirms the finished scope.
Project-specific scope
Occupied commercial work may be divided by room, unit, elevation, floor, building, or phase. Access, resident or customer movement, ventilation, odor, product storage, noise, protection, working hours, and daily cleanup are discussed before production. A request that changes the approved scope is documented for review rather than treated as an informal field instruction.
